100% fresh Australian pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).

how the leg ham bone in is made

A selection of the finest Australian pork legs are used in this process with particular attention to their weight and leanness. The legs are trimmed to enhance their quality and marinated for two days in our special cure. Our unique water cooking process ensures the leg ham bone in remains moist and retains maximum flavour. Finally, the ham is lightly smoked to improve shelve life and colour.

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
