Over 60 years ago in Australia, Pastoral Smallgoods was reborn still as a family business. Re-established in Sydney by master smallgoods maker Sam Sankey, the company was passed to Sam’s son Larry, who owns, operates and manages the company today with his son Jonathan.
Just as it was back then, today the company’s focus is on making the highest quality traditional smallgoods possible using traditional and natural methods.
In the past 10 years, Pastoral Smallgoods has undertaken quite a significant evolution - using traditional artisan knowledge combined with a love of innovation.
Combining meticulous research and development with a substantial investment of capital and expertise Pastoral is now one of the most awarded smallgoods manufacturers in Australia's history.
Today, Pastoral's boutique team of less than 20 meat masters continues on producing a texture and flavour in our meats unique only to Pastoral.
