100% fresh Australian pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).
A selection of the finest Australian pork legs are used in this process based on their weight and leanness. The legs are trimmed to enhance their quality then marinated for two days in our special cure. Our unique water cooking process then ensures the ham remains moist and retains maximum flavour. Finally the leg ham off the bone is lightly smoked to improve shelve life and colour.
Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
This product requires no further cooking.
