100% Australian Pork, Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), Spices, preservatives (250).

process

We combine fresh crushed garlic, onion, herbs and spices along with our fresh pork leg trim. This blend is then chopped into a smooth mixture and then filled into a larger gauge natural casing. The final cooking and smoking process further enhances the product's taste and texture.

shelf life

Three weeks provided the gas flushed packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.

cooking

Although this product has been fully cooked, it is recommended that they be reheated before consumption as they are best eaten warm.
