Pork Trim, Pork Liver, Pork Blood, Buckwheat, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), Spices.
All ingredients are cooked to allow the fusion of meat and spices before being blended into a smooth paste, where upon the buckwheat is added to give it a coarser appearance. It is then filled into a natural casing and further cooked to allow all ingredients to set.
Six weeks provided the vacuum packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.
Although this product is fully cooked, popular tradition has it sliced and fried or grilled then served as a breakfast accompaniment.
