Pork 80%, Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), Spices, antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).
Lean pork leg meat is first cured over a number of days before being cooked and chopped into bite size pieces you see displayed in the finished product. It is then blended with cooked pork skin and spices to give it that distinctive look. Finally it is filled into a casing and cooled to allow it to set.
Six weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
This is a fully cooked product ready to be sliced and served on your favourite bread.
