100% certified Australian free range pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).

HOW OUR FREE RANGE LEG HAM IS MADE

We take only the best ethically reared Free Range Certified Australian Pork and lovingly hand trim it to ensure it is 98% fat free. Then we cure it lovingly with Pastoral's traditional recipe and double smoke it with beechwood for an unforgettable flavour. 100% Gluten, Soy, Nut, Dairy Free with no artificial colours.

SHELF LIFE

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
