Continental Cocktail Frankfurts

ingredients

100% Australian Pork, Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), Spices, preservatives (250).

process

We combine fresh pork trim with fresh herbs and spices, chop it into a fine emulsion and then triple link it into the cocktail sized product. It is then cooked and smoked to further enhance flavour and texture.

shelf life

Six weeks provided the gas flushed packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.

cooking

Although this product has been fully cooked it is recommended that they be reheated before consumption as they are best eaten warm.
