100% Australian Pork, Water, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), Spices, preservatives (250).
First we start with the fresh trim that is produced from the pork legs received each day. This trim is then blended with a selection of spices and chopped into a coarse mixture, where it is filled into a natural casing. It is then cooked and smoked to give it the natural brown smoked colour.
Six weeks provided the gas flushed packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.
This is a fully cooked product which can be consumed either hot or cold.
